We provide aftercare support to help your stream become properly established and continue working as intended.We offer scheduled follow-up visits after approximately 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. These can include seasonal checks, pump servicing, planting advice and practical guidance on routine maintenance.If a problem arises between visits, we will usually begin with a telephone or Zoom call. Many minor issues can be resolved quickly in this way. If the problem cannot be sorted out remotely, we can arrange a site visit.
